Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. If for some reason we could not fulfil this we would contact you immediately.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This service usually takes between 1 & 3 days from date of posting, but can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas. If you require your order before this time, we would recommend the Special Delivery option.

Next Day Delivery

We use Royal Mail 24hour service, which is fully trackable from the time it leaves us, to the time it arrives with the Customer. - Please note, this service is only used for addresses in the UK.


International Shipping

Will be sent via Royal Mail, delivery times differ from country to county and can take between 1 – 4 weeks.  Please be aware that any customs charges that may be payable when entering the country are not liable to us and are to be paid by the customer.
